Let’s turn your chaos and clutter into your happy place!  I offer three types of services: home organization, classroom organization, and life organization.

Home organization consists of the following areas: bathroom, kitchen/pantry/living, bedroom/closet, kids/crafts, and garage/laundry.

Classroom organization is for any type of teacher: regular school and homeschool.  I specialize in lesson plans, curriculum mapping, and classroom/homeschool room set-up. 

Life organization covers a myriad of options, including: office set-up, paper and digital files, photos, budgeting, scheduling, and even moving.

My Prices

1. Consultation- Free! (up to 1 hour)

This includes an in-home or virtual walk-through of your area(s) of concern.  Questions will be asked to determine your specific needs, goals, and desires for the space; along with a discussion of your budget and possible products we might need to purchase to help organize and beautify your space(s).  A quote will be given at this consultation that is valid for 3 months.  Once you decide if you want to book services, a contract will be sent electronically.  

2. Hourly Rate- $50/Single or $75/Double

My hourly rate includes any in-home organization or out-of-home projects; for example- photo organization, files, lesson plans, etc. My single rate is for jobs that only require me to be there.  The double rate is for the larger jobs that require an extra pair of hands.

3. Shopping Fee- $20 per hour

Most projects require additional products and materials, such as bins, baskets, containers, labels, etc.  Any time spent on finding/purchasing products is included in this price.

4. Travel Fee- $20 per hour

Any traveling spent outside of a 15 mile radius of the home office will be included in this fee. I am located in St. Augustine, FL in the 32086 zip code.

5. Haul Away Fee- $20 per trip/$40 if hazardous

With most jobs, there will be many items that need to be hauled away, and I am happy to provide that additional service for $20 per haul away!  I usually can fill the back of my vehicle up with most items.  If there are any hazardous materials the price increases to $40.  

6. Retainer Fee- 50% deposit

After the free consultation, a quote will be given that is good for 2 months.  If you would like to book my services, a 50% deposit of the quote plus a signed contract will secure the job.  The deposit will be credited towards the total bill at the end of services.  

7. Cancellation Policy

The client will have  up to 24 hrs. or by 5pm the day before a scheduled job to notify Mary that a job will need to be cancelled or rescheduled.  If the client does not meet this window, a 2 hr. labor charge will be added to the final bill.  Clients will have up to 4 weeks to reschedule before losing the retainer fee. 

8. To Note!

Any products needed are not included in the quote and will be billed separately.  Also, any outside contractors are not included in the quote and will be billed separately.
